Dedicated to the memory of Dawn Ludlow (nee Church)
In loving memory of Dawn Ludlow, a beautiful, kind, funny, caring lady with a heart of gold. She will be very much missed by her partner Malc, her daughter and son-in-law Nikki and Damian, her grandson George, her wider family, and many, many good friends and neighbours.
The family have so many people to thank for the support given to them and Dawn during the last 10 months. Firstly, the doctors and staff at Cherrymead Surgery, Wycombe Hospital (Sunrise), Stoke Mandeville Hospital (Oncology and Respiratory teams), Harefield Hospital, all of the District Nurses, Rennie Grove Nurses, Macmillan Nurses, and the carers from Care Resource Bureau. Secondly a special thank you to the friends, family and neighbours who did everything from ferrying Dawn and the family backwards and forwards to the hospital and airport, picking up shopping and prescriptions, dropping off food parcels and emergency supplies, and generally providing a much needed shoulder to lean on during such hard times. We cannot thank you all enough for everything you have all done to help us to make Dawn's final months as comfortable and happy as possible, which is exactly what she wanted.
